EForge Lab is a systems research and prototyping institute dedicated to understanding how humans think, behave, and make decisions within digital and real-world environments. We combine psychology, crisis-intervention experience, game design, and systems engineering to build tools that help people navigate complexity with clarity and agency.

Our work centers on interactive human systems — the places where people and structures meet.
